EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES:

Development Manager

Wildflyer Coffee is a social enterprise dedicated to ending youth homelessness through employment. The Development Manager advances this mission by managing and executing key components of Wildflyer’s fundraising strategy, including individual and institutional giving, donor engagement, communications, and events. The Development Manager works collaboratively across program, retail, marketing, and sales to identify stories, opportunities, and experiences that strengthen fundraising and community engagement. The ideal candidate is an organized, creative, and proactive relationship-builder who takes ownership of projects, manages multiple priorities, and helps foster an organization-wide culture of donor engagement and mission advancement.

Work & Life Skills Training Program

Wildflyer Coffee’s Work & Life Skills Training Program is an employment training program that hires youth experiencing homelessness and housing instability between the ages of 16 and 24.


The next cohort application will take place in WINTER 2027.
