We lead side by side, not top down. Power is something we share, not guard. Everyone at every level has the ability to lead with innovation, so we center impacted voices and treat collaboration as core to how we operate. While not everyone is a decision maker, everyone is a leader, it isn’t a title—it’s a mindset, and everyone here has access to it.
