Our Impact
The Problem
Right now there are approximately 7,500 youth everyday who experience homelessness across the state of Minnesota. We’ve learned the biggest barrier these youth face is finding and maintaining employment, which is why we support our youth every step of the way and prepare them for the job market once they graduate from our program. Our youth are at the heart of what we do, and our goal is to make sure every single youth experiencing homelessness across the state does not have to worry about where to sleep at night, or where their next meal will come from.
Our Program
We provide youth aged 16-24 with a four-month employment training program to cultivate the personal and professional skills needed to find and maintain stable employment and leave homelessness for good.
