How we Operate
Work & Life Skills Training Program
We hire youth aged 16–24 to participate in a four-month Work & Life Skills Training Program to cultivate the personal and professional skills needed to find and maintain stable employment and leave homelessness for good.
Our Funding
As a social enterprise, 60% of our funding comes from earned income and 40% from donated dollars.
Transparency
It’s important to know your donation is being used efficiently and for the right things. We’re committed to financial transparency and effective stewardship of your gift. Your trust is our priority as we work together to end youth homelessness. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Executive Director, Carley Kammerer at carley (at) wildflyercoffee (dot) com.
