74% percent of youth who graduated from our program in 2023 had experienced homelessness more than three times throughout their lives and despite that, 75% of youth successfully completed and graduated from our four-month Work and Life Skills Program. This is a remarkable achievement of our youth and also a demonstration that our program is working.

Our approach is unique. We offer youth a 4-month work and life skills training program to develop the skills needed to find and maintain stable employment and leave homelessness behind. And they are succeeding! In 2023:

• 100% of our youth increased their Job Readiness Assessment Score

• 80% graduated our program reporting having a dream for their future and a plan to reach that dream

• 100% of participants felt safe and seen at Wildflyer, and that Wildflyer cares about them

• 85% of our youth were housed and employed, enrolled in education, or working with their employment counseling 3-months after graduation

Last year, we employed 27 youth, this year we plan to support 50. Wildflyer needs to raise $10,000 to meet this goal.
